If you’re sharing information or data you want to keep confidential, this agreement is an absolute must. If only one side is sharing information, you need the unilateral confidentiality agreement. If both sides are sharing information, you need the mutual confidentiality agreement.

You need an Appearance Release if you’re capturing someone’s image or likeness in your production – whether it’s a video or live speaking engagement. The Release gives you the copyrights you need to edit their image for your production and produce other works.
